STIKHAARD-999 is a two component thermosetting polymer adhesive consisting of Resin & Hardener. By adding Hardener it solidified by polymerization. It is resistant to Acids, Alkali & Solvents etc.
Application Procedure: The resin & Hardener are to be mixed thoroughly. Please ensure that the surface be free from rust, dust, moisture and oil etc. The mix is to be spread out uniformly between the two surface/ articles.
Curing: The Curing will take place between the 2 surface within 30-60 mins. but the optimum properties will attain after 24 hrs.
Application:
This adhesive system is used in many products like :-- • Electronic Industry : Speakers, Photocopiers, Transformers.
- • Sports Industry : Badminton Rackets, Bats T.T. Rackets.
- • Automobile Industry : Fixing of bolts of Engine Part and other parts.
